Our showroom is open 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday 10:00am-5:00pm . We
are located in western Holmes County on Scenic Byways State Route 39,
1/2 mile east of Nashville, Ohio. To plan a trip to this area we

Terms
20% deposit is due with any order. For cherry, quarter sawn white
oak, maple, walnut, hickory, special stains or special orders a 50% deposit is required.
The balance is payable upon
completion or nearing completion of the furniture at the Amish crafters/prior
to going to the finishers .
With every order placed with Amish Traditions Dist. Inc. we
require that either an e-mail or a written note of customers stain
preference be sent to us to acknowledge & confirm customers stain
preference.
When a customer is contacted that their order is complete they will
have 30days from date of notification of completion of order to take
delivery or pick up
their order . After the 30 days a storage fee may be applied at Amish
Traditions discretion.
In the event of an order cancellation, the 20% deposit will be
forfeited to Amish Traditions.
In the event of an order cancellation, 20% of the original purchase price
of the product plus all credit and debit card transaction fees
charged to
Amish Traditions shall be payable by the customer to Amish Traditions. In addition, Amish Traditions shall be entitled to damages in an amount equal to
the difference between the subsequent selling price of the product and
the cost of the product to Amish Traditions. Amish Traditions may sell
the canceled product in any commercially reasonable manner and for any
commercially reasonable price. All sums due Amish Traditions under this
cancellation policy may be retained from any deposit. Any refunds under
this cancellation policy shall be reduced by any credit or debit card
transaction fees charged to Amish Traditions to credit the credit or
debit card account.

Guarantee
Each piece of oak, cherry, quarter sawn white oak , brown maple
& hard maple furniture (and poly lawn furniture) we offer is
guaranteed for one year from date of purchase against defects in
materials and workmanship. Should a defect within one year of purchase
appear simply return the item to us and we will repair it at no charge
(shipping or freight charges excluded).

Return Policy
Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt of merchandise at the
customer's expense. In the event of an order cancellation, 20% of the original purchase price

you receive an item that is defective or damaged in shipping we will, at

Special orders and special stains are NON-RETURNABLE.
